Scheduling was easy. Ms. Brown was prompt and very kind to my elderly mother-in-law. She was not phased when asked to notarize a hand-written statement, only making sure it was re-written to make it legible. Besides the hand-written statement, we did have a form drawn up by an attorney, and of course she was familiar with that. Her patience and humor were much appreciated. As a notary myself, I highly recommend her services.
